Using 3D CAD, the entire existing building situation can be documented in order to be able to plan new machines and plant components exactly in that surrounding. This planning work can include changes to the buildings/steel structures, as well as new machine foundations and structures to be erected.
For block making machines that are used in two or three-shift operation, we have developed a special long-life guide system with correspondingly long-lasting seal to the guiding columns.
The service life of this system clearly exceeds the values of standard systems on the market.
The precise guidance ability of the tamper head is maintained over a long period of time. If the structural requirements of the machine allow it, the system can be used as a customized retrofit kit.
In order to significantly reduce the downtime of the block making machine, a generously dimensioned board buffer in front of the machine is of great importance. We create corresponding concepts and designs to enable installation even in complicated and narrow spaces. In the case shown, we deliver the mechanical / electrical / and software concept for this part of the system, which gets installed at the customer.
