Re-Engineering of the Vibration Table of a RINO Impacta

The following steps were carried out:

Complete re-engineering of the vibration table of a RINO Impacta from 2003. Board size 1400 x 1100 mm. Measurement, development and calculation of all determining operating parameters of the existing vibrating table and integration of these requirements into the new vibrating table.

Optimization of the new table in question operating temperature - creation of cooling concepts in the design concept. Use of oil bath technology and hermetically sealed interchangeable housings.

Creation of upgrade options in the question of table weight, vibration power and number of vibrating table buffers.

Introduction of a completely new, maintenance-free drive train for the vibrators, for the best possible protection of the drive motors. Assembly management of all activities on site, test run and optimization of the stone quality with the new vibrating table.

Replacement of the Guiding Column Set - New Sealing and Ventilation Concept

Our services in this customer project:

Replacement of the existing guiding column set with significantly more durable material qualities.

Design and conception of an optimized sealing concept, with the possibility of pneumatic cleaning of the guide bushes. 

Assembly management of all activities, test run and optimization of the stone quality with the new guiding system. 

Specification, drafting and procurement of the entire parts kit as a service package for the customer. Advice on assembly planning and on-site service during assembly.

Exchange of the existing Tamper Head - Optimization of the Service Life - Upgrade Possibility of the Dead Load

Our services in this customer project:

Measurement, development and calculation of all determining operating parameters of the existing load, as well as determination of the weak points of the original mechanical design.

Significant reinforcement of the inherent rigidity of the entire structure of the tamper head. Integration of a concept for gradually increasing the dead load of the tamper head body.

Supervising of the entire installation activities, test run and optimization of the stone quality with the new tamper head. Weight optimization of the new tamper head , adapted to the existing molds.
